The whole apartment was lovely and the grounds and pool were lovely too. It was perfect for our 1year old child as well. Everything was there for him and he had plenty of space for him to play. The balcony was lovely also.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

For the second year staying in this apartment and already booked for next year which means that I am very satisfied about the place. Location, cleanliness, homefeeling, safety are keywords for apartment as well as building itself. A safe place for solo traveller. The agency IVI is very helpful and alert, they sent me an message about code red weather condition and up to date information about maintenance of the water supply so I could be prepared. Always hot shower and great water pressure. Brand new comfortable matras. Cosy lighting in apartment and at balcony. Pictures on booking shows the place exactly correct.

There were some minor details which I mentioned to IVI but only as a suggestion to keep the high level of the apartment.

We booked this property after staying here last year also. It is in a great location within a private apartment block. The apartment is lovely and comfortable, shutters are used on the windows and patio doors for safety and to keep it cool. There is an air conditioning unit in both the lounge and bedroom. There is a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker in the kitchen and many pans, cutlery and crockery. The wardrobe in the bedroom is very big and has lots of hangers, an iron and ironing board, spare sheets and towels, amongst other things. The sofa is not very comfortable as it is a sofa bed but we very rarely sat on it as we used the balcony instead. The bathroom has a walk in shower, and shaver points. The balcony is well equipped with a table and 4 chairs, a maiden to put your washing on, and to the other aspect facing the pool is a comfortable seating area. Would definitely recommend this property to others, it’s a surprisingly quiet location yet near to bars, restaurants and shops. If you need assistance the IVI office is located just across the street and they are very helpful.

When looking for accommodation we specifically booked this apartment based mostly on the pool facilities as we were travelling with an 11 month old baby so we wanted a pool onsite for us to use. Prior to arriving we received the general check in information about the property, in it it said that the pool could be closed due to drought - after taking payment and outside the free cancellation period. We then reached out to the property a week before arrival to ensure and confirm the pool was open and they responded confirming the pool was open. Upon arrival we went to use the pool and we were disguised at the filth of the pool. It was filthy dirty and completely unusable. We were so disappointed as we only booked this apartment because it had the pool facilities and the property confirmed to us it was opened. When we contacted the property about this they repeated that the pool may be closed due to drought despite having clarified it would be opened and it was in fact open just completely unusable. The property said said we could use a pool in another apartment block. This would not work for us as we had an 11 month old and we needed all the facilities to be onsite so we could work around nap times etc hence why we booked an apartment with a pool onsite. When we responded advising this and saying how disappointed we were and that we were looking at checking out early. The property ignored us. The next correspondence we got was the property wondering when we were checking out, when we asked for a refund of the last 2 nights if we checked out early they refused and said they had a 15 day free cancellation policy - oblivious to our previous correspondence. Please see pictures of the pool which you will see is noticeable different than advertised in the pictures. There were similar, even nicer properties in the same area for a lot cheaper but with no pool facility. We are still seeking compensation for the use of a pool that we paid for but had no use of.
