Apartment is very convenient, it has everything you need and seems recently renovated. The styling is as shown on the pictures and makes it a home. Shower is great, always hot and strong pressure. Bed is most comfortabele. Spacy balcony with lounge set and diner/sun chairs. Location just one block from the beach, about 8 minutes from Lidl supermarket and busstop. Third floor, easy to walk up by stairs if you don’t want to use the small but modern elevators. Building looks a bit old fashioned but is well maintained, clean and gives a safe feeling due to camera surveillance, locked entrances and every floor has a fire extinguisher. There is enough storage room and a large closet in the bedroom. Screens in front of all windows. The handling by Ivi Real estate was outstanding. Well organised, clear communication, fast action when a small repair was needed and easy to contact.

The location was amazing and it looks just like the pictures. And the bed was super comfy!

There was only 2 things that made our stay a little difficult ; no oven mitts to use when cooking and we couldn’t get the patio door to lock so we just blocked the door at night so our young child couldn’t get out. Everything else was amazing!
