L'appartamento andrebbe sistemato con poco impegno e più attenzione. La pulizia non è il massimo, alcune stoviglie sporche, così come un po di unto sul piano lavoro e gocce di caffè dentro il microonde. Nottolino della porta poco funzionante con il rischio di rompere la chiave dentro ed avere disagi specialmente se ti capita di notte. Piatto doccia che non scarica bene, alcune prese da sostituire perché si sganciano dal muro e la chicca, impianto elettrico volante dietro il letto, pericoloso per tutti in particolare se c'è la presenza di bambini. Struttura esterna ferma agli anni 80. La zona di Los Cristianos è il degrado di Tenerife per colpa della cementificazione selvaggia, peccato, stanno distruggendo una spettacolare isola per il Dio denaro.

My second time staying at El Carmen, We like the Location.

I arrived at one am, and was met by a gentleman to give me the key for Apartment, I paid him 40 Euros for late arrival. Then I filled out the registration forms,and he asked me for 150 Euros, and my Bank details, please explain what that was about.

Close to the beach and the center, with a great pool and all the amenities you need The apartment has a lot going for it—it's close to the beach and the center, has a great pool, and comes equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine. The balcony is also a nice feature, and they have quality control in place, as someone reached out during our stay to check in. However, there were some issues that made our experience less smooth. From the beginning, the check-in process felt confusing. I had to communicate with four different people during our stay. The person managing the booking asked me to contact someone else on WhatsApp, and it took multiple attempts before I got a clear answer about whether self-check-in was available. Only one day before arrival was it confirmed that there wasn't self-check-in, and I was then asked to fill out a form and leave a €150 deposit on a different website via WhatsApp. This was unusual, and I didn’t get a clear explanation for the deposit until I spoke to several people. I later learned it was mentioned in their policy on Booking.com, but it would be better if this information were communicated more clearly upfront. The deposit thing is more of a problem with the Booking app, it should have an option to filter such offers out. A significant concern was the presence of cockroaches in the apartment, which made our stay uncomfortable. We even found a partially cleaned, smashed cockroach in the bathroom. I reported this immediately through Booking.com, but the response felt skeptical, though they did offer to send someone to apply additional treatment. Unfortunately, the fumigation company wasn't available during our stay, which was disappointing. After reading other reviews, it seems this might be a recurring issue. Another thing to note is the noise.
