the apartment is nice, smaller than it looks in the pictures! clean, correct

the agency (sun property) is horrible! the employee Davide wants to fix it during the vacation... bully! the company is incorrect! they lie, after 3 days of correspondence, lies, just return the deposit! There is only one person, Gulia, who helped! too bad he didn't tell the truth

The location, the pool, the staff, checking and check out, washing machine the balcony. All of these were exceptional!

 Overall we were satisfied with the value we got for our money. The bathroom would require some enhancements tho. Please keep in mind that there is no AC and inside can be really hot if you keep the windows open during the day.

The fan provided wasn't great There were no instructions in the room where communal bins were to put our rubbish bags out We did see 5 cockroaches in the room throughout the stay The shower tray filled up really quickly so had to turn water off mid shower to allow water to drain and not overflow Had trouble finding the apartment block and had to wait outside for 30 minutes for the host to arrive
