"Lovely stay in comfortable apartment close to all your needs"

Sorry to mark down on host as it was all done by mobile phone-lacks personal touch. They were very helpful though. Lovely 1st floor apartment with all you need for a short stay. Beds comfy and nice hot shower in bathrooms. Lovely lounge area where we could sit down and relax with some food and drinks. Kitchen well stocked for all your needs. Locals friendly and nice bars, restaurants and shops all stone throw away. We were here for the football and found Bilbao to be a welcoming, vibrant city.

"Well-placed modern apartment for 4 in a safe area close to the city centre"

Location of the apartment, nearby facilities (supermarket, cafes, restaurants, 15 mins to Guggenheim and city centre. The host communicated very effectively and were available when needed (there was a problem with the boiler/ heating in the apartment upon our arrival but it was fixed by Urban Hosts in 20-30mins - well done!). Very cosy apartment with window shutters, 2 bathrooms and equipped kitchen; very safe block and neighbourhood. We would definitely recommend to others and stay again!

All was very fine, Maybe just the towels provided could be swapped for cotton ones as these do not really absorb water, but this is a minor issue.

The apartment was spacious, clean and nicely decorated. Fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms. Comfortable beds. The neighborhood was perfect, quiet and very close to the centre and the Guggenheim museum.

Some of the towels were old and dirty with stains on them. The duvets also had stains. The couch, the cushions and the armchairs in the living room were stained and smelly.
