"Overall very good but a few extra small touches would be appreciated."

Good communication from host and met with keys. Further information given on things to do. V good location.

A little more care on maintenance e.g. the blind in one bedroom is completly hanging off and unusable. A little bit of washing powder for clothes would be useful as would a little bit of water/ milk etc as a welcome gesture. Particularly for a stay of more than one night and coming from abroad.

Lovely apartment in smart, well maintained block. Comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms, full kitchen facilities. Would easily accommodate 4 adults which would make a stay incredible value. Location close to Guggenheim, the river promenade and 10 minutes to Bilbao Old Town. 2 minutes to the Funicular and the local mini supermarket. The city centre is about a 15 to 20 minute walk.

Great location. Neat apartment.

Struggled with unlocking the door every time we got home. And very noisy - building construction across the road which woke us early every morning.

"lovely apartment, would definitely stay again"

spacious apartment which was spotlessly clean. 2 large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Very useful balcony. Kitchen was well equipped. Location was fantastic! 10 minute walk from the Guggenheim and 2 minute walk to a large supermarket and other shops and cafes

the photos showed a bath which was partly why we chose this property but that had been removed. The bathroom door broke leaving my husband trapped in there but the management team attended quickly and managed to remove the broken lock

"Lovely spacious and clean apartment in a great location"

The host communicated with us prior to arrival so accessing the property was easy. It was located in a great area - between the Old Town and the Guggenheim, and about 15 minutes walk to the metro. There were many food options, as well as supermarkets. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

It would be helpful to get some basic local information, such as the hours of local shops and services etc. We arrived on a Sunday and it was very quiet and we had difficulty locating an open supermarket.
