La ubicación es ideal.

Para quienes no son prácticos con el manejo de los celulares o no tienen buena conectividad es un poco complicada la comunicación con la gente de la residencia. No nos atendieron un reclamo que hicimos por el funcionamiento del TV. Detalle poco relevante que deben corregir

Posizione molto comoda, vicinissimo a plaza Mayor. I principali punti d'interesse sono raggiungibili comodamente a piedi. Inoltre ci sono diverse fermate della metro, anche importanti come, plaza del Sol, raggiungibili con comodità. Supermercati, io personalmente ho usato Dia, nelle immediate vicinanze. Tutto pulito e ordinato al mio arrivo. L'ultizzo dell'apertura da telefono l'ho trovata molto comoda, non pensavo

Sistemerei le finiture in alcune parti, come la porta del bagno, sembrano molto grezzi. Fornirei magari anche qualche spezia, o sale/zucchero, oltre magari a qualche bustina di te' o cialde per il caffè, visto che la macchina del caffè e bollitore è presente. Inoltre, forse il letto a una piazza e mezza per due è un po' piccolo (sarebbe da specificare), io ero solo quindi non ho avuto nessun problema (credo ci sia la disponibiltà del divano letto)
