The apartment was cold, worn out, what wasn’t broken was about to fail in some way. Dishwasher did not drain properly, the washing machine was in a scruffy vile smelling cupboard outside and there was no means of drying as the drying rack was broken - I note that this was reported months ago. We were provided with two bath towels, two hand towels and one tea towel for two people for two weeks, bed linen was not changed. Nothing was provided to keep the apartment clean. After three phone calls and waiting outside for half an hour, someone arrived gave us the keys and the wrong WiFi code. Initially the apartment smelled of sewage gas. The showers are slip and scolding hazards. There were no fire precautions, in fact due to the lock on the staircase door it would be very easy to get trapped. An information folder would have been useful. The view of the sea should have been spectacular but spoiled by the large slicks of excrement floating on the surface.

We loved everything, very well equipped, brilliant location and huge apartment. Spotlessly clean !! Agency staff were very helpful on on WhatsApp whenever needed. Would DEFINATELY return !!!!

It would be a good idea to have a curtain on the main bedroom door as anyone can see in passing by in the apartment. We had a delay of 3 hours before the apartment was cleaned and once we were given access to the apartment, the cleaners were there for another hour so we lost out on the afternoon of our moving in day. Not the cleaners fault . We waited on the balcony for the apartment to be ready.

The location is great because it’s near the ocean, with free parking 10m walk away.

The owner and the management are awful, we had a bad time. The bed in the room was broken and the mattress was old and worn out. The first night, we couldn’t sleep and I had to go to a doctor for severe back pain from the mattress and the broken bed. They replaced the mattress the next day, but our stay was already ruined. We asked for a refund of the first night, but they refused! They just said that a replacement of the mattress after the fact is enough and waved goodbye to us. It’s horrible and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to book from this company and this place. They should check the facilities before they book someone at a place. They did not and caused pain and bad time and REFUSED to compensate. We travel a lot, but this was one of the worst comms and experiences we had in a long time. AVOID THIS PLACE AND THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!

The balcony view is genuinely impressive: open ocean, the sound of waves, a beautiful horizon. Even though there’s a busy promenade below, it didn’t disturb us at all. The kitchen is well equipped with a toaster, microwave, and plenty of dishes. There is also a safe, which could be useful for some guests. The apartment itself is really, i mean, REALLY spacious - you can easily hit your daily step count just walking from the balcony to the kitchen and back, which is definitely a plus!

The ocean-view windows were extremely dirty (!!!) and clearly hadn`t been cleaned for weeks. The floor was very dirty as well - walking barefoot was impossible, and white socks turned black in few steps. The soft furniture and textiles were in poor condition with visible stains on the armchair (that yellow in photos), bedding, blankets, and towels. The balcony and corners of the apartment also felt neglected. The drying rack was broken, so there was nowhere to dry clothes, towels, or swimwear. There was only one kitchen knife, and it was broken and unusably dull. Basic essentials were missing: no salt, no sugar, and only one garbage bag for four people for a five-night stay. The TV remote didn’t work. The bathroom did not match expectations - a small boiler (!!!) provides hot water for just one shower before needing to reheat, so the bathtub you can see in the photos is basically unusable - you just won't have water for it. Small conveniences were missing, like hooks in bathrooms. The toilet door locks worked poorly and could get stuck. Key pickup was in another location about 10 minutes away on foot (Maybe our specific case due to 8PM checkin, not sure). One bedroom had no privacy at all due to a completely transparent glass door (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!), an issue mentioned in reviews since 2024 and still not fixed. MESSAGE TO HOST: Your apartment has amazing potential - the location and the ocean view are truly exceptional. With just a few small investments in cleanliness, maintenance, and basic essentials, this place could easily become a perfect, almost dream-like stay for guests. Right now, however, the number of avoidable issues makes the experience feel more like “fair” rather than truly enjoyable. For us, this stay was a 6/10, but with minimal improvements it could genuinely become one of the best rentals in the area.
