Location and view

Shower not great - water very slow to drain

The patio was nice.

Dirty toilet on arrival, smelly, blocked drains meaning shower water flooded into one of the bedrooms which we had to mop up late at night, air con on the top floor only and not the whole apartment, the staircase leading to the top floor very uncomfortable to use. Contacted the owner about these issues and they didnt even reply. I regret booking this apartment for our stay.

Location was amazing, great view and huge space, as a group of 6 people we had plenty of space to relax, work etc. You have beaches, restaurants nearby. And the host was really helpful.

Superb front and side of building location on sixth floor with large corner balcony providing extensive views of coastline and mountains behind the town. Private. Bar, restaurant, pool and gardens below in quiet compound but right alongside main coast maritime way.

No plug for kitchen and bathroom basins! Also shower very slow to drain. However, location and lovely apartment decor more than outweighed these drawbacks!

We liked our accommodation there. The apartment is modern with all the needed stuff and techs. It has an excellent location - a 5-8 min walk to the perfect sand beach. And when you are too lazy to go to the beach, the community has its swimming pool. It's just a 10 min walk to the nearest big supermarket and just a few minutes to the 24/7 store. If you prefer to buy something on the market - you will find hundreds of people across the road buying something 5 times a week. If you love walking - you can enjoy your everyday 1-hour walk along the embankment from the condominium to Los Americas beaches, or you can climb to the nearest mountains. Unlike many other places on the island here you have an enormous amount of public parking. always. For your baby, you will find a good playroom nearby. The staff and owner are super friendly and ready to give you advice or help with your needs.

More like a recommendation. The flat has an open balcony. The lower part of the railing is open. so be careful and do not leave your 1-3 years children without supervision.

There was nothing I didn’t like about this apartment

only complaint was no long mirror and bed and pillows a little hard

The greeting with the hosts was nice and simple, everything was explained in a happy and informative way. The apartment has a wrap-around balcony that gives you amazing views. I spent a lot of time on there watching the sun rise and set and the ferries coming and going. The kitchen is very modern and we ate on the balcony everyday which saved money for other things. The pool area is good and the receptionists and bar staff were really friendly and helpful. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, beach and market (sun&wed) are right on your doorstep. One of the nicest and relaxing holidays I have been on and I wouldn't hesitate to return. Leslie and Wendy.

Yes the building is old and the lifts are small, but I personally think it adds to the character. Could of done with some warmer bedding as it dropped cold at night, but apart from that we loved it.
