Location and view from patio

There was no air-conditioning in both bedroom or lounge. On arrival, the villa was not fit for purpose because bedding pillows towels were in adequate. Furniture on both patios were dirty and broken and unsafe to sit on, and there was no side table to put a drink or personal items. Bedroom furniture was broken and required maintenance man to Call to fix it. Barbecue was grimy and greasy. Under the beds was just straight and dirty, and tops of light shades were dirty and greasy. we paid extra for a cleaner plus toiletries and cleaning products and this was not supplied. crockery and glasses in kitchen was in adequate. dealing with the issues detracted from the stay and when brought to the attention of the owner, we were told on two occasions we could find somewhere else if we wanted shrubbery was not maintained, resulting in dead plants only one channel obtainable on TV and on two occasions, maintenance personnel presented in the villa unannounced once in kitchen and once in bedroom

Location was good, a bit far from the centre but still walking distance.

Well the kitchen was full of ants, we could not keep food in kitchen because there were ants immediately, all had to be kept in the fridge. I bought ant catchers and then after 4-5 days the situation normalized.

Location excellent and apartment well equipped.

A creaky bed every time you moved. Found lounge chairs uncomfortable. Hard water stains in toilet bowl and cleaners did not brush or mop floors while we were there.

No English tv, apparently problem with iptv and host was going to fix it, never heard a thing!

Great location, nice sea view. Quiet arround.

The apartment was clean and bright. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. A large balcony with wonderful views towards the sea. The sunsets were mighty! The check-in went smoothly and the communication with the landlord worked perfectly. If the apartment is available when we next go to Los Cristianos, we will book it for sure! Highly recommend!

Location was excellent, we had a very good stay at the apartment. Host was superb, would be happy to stay there again and would be happy to recommend.

The host was very friendly and prompt to reply to any messages/queries. The flat is fully equipped with everything that you need. It is very close to the beach, property is very clean and quiet which was good. There is also parking available around the property.
