L'appartement est très bien placé pour se rendre dans le centre de Valence. Très joli, sa surface est idéale pour deux personnes. Bien équipé même s'il est assez sombre

- Il faut se rendre à leur agence sotuee a 1 km pour recuperer les clés et signer le contrat. - vous devez payer 150 euros de caution (prélevés sur le compte) - Si vous arrivez le WE, aucun moyen de laisser ses bagages plus tôt. - situé au 2e sans ascenseur, mais surtout des escaliers très étroits. - pas de produits de toilettes (nous n'avions pas non plus de papier WC à notre arrivée) - fuite dans le lavabo donc inutilisable pendant le séjour et écoulement difficile sur les autres points d'eau. - odeurs de remontées d'égouts. - clim située juste au dessus de la tête de lit - ne pas oublier de laisser la porte du bas ouverte pour ne pas rester enfermé dans l'escalier en partant le dernier jour

The location was excellent with a lot of small restaurants, tapas places, small shops and bars in the area - nice atmosphere in the area! Lively but not crowded. The floods have not affected this part of the city or the city center. Easy access to the main sights, highly recommend taking city bikes for exploring the city. Remote working was also easy (stable wifi) from this location.

Place was roomy and had everything we needed. Well located in old town.

Had a bit of trouble communicating before we arrived. I emailed and asked on three occasions if there was somewhere we could leave baggage, as we were arriving early. Never heard back.

The facilities are good but a bit old version, I like the vibe everything was the same as picture

The light of the rooms are very very low almost no light

It was super nice and clean. Very pretty and well located. The staff super attentive and caring!

There was too little natural light for my taste.

Amazing location, great amenities, top apartment, very clean, spacious, rustic, safe and welcoming. This place has everything a couple may need to embrace and enjoy Valencia.

A bit hectic and over-demanding check-in, with prepaid deposit and lots of confirmations and reconfirmations of checkin time, exact arrival time, etc. Nevertheless totally worth it.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, centrally located in a lively neighborhood. As well, we liked the historicity of the building and many of the design features of the place.

As many previous guests have indicated, the lack of sufficient lighting in the kitchen makes it extremely difficult to take advantage of this key feature. As well, the drain in the sink that is located in the bedroom obviously requires attention as it is slow to the point of being non-functional. Finally, the sofa in the living room is extremely uncomfortable and worn--alas, this point has been mentioned previously by other reviewers as well.
