Perfect location, clean rooms, recommended!

the location and apartment met our needs. the key lock was easy to access though i haven't received the email with the code. immediate reply when asked a question everywhere was clean and tidy.

the mattresses needs immediate changing. those who slept on the double bed kept rolling to the center. we arrived at the apartment at 23:30, without finding a roll of toilet paper and water to make a coffee. all shops were closed at that time. one towel per person for 4 nights are not enough, the second small towel was left for handwashing. a kitchen towel is also needed in the kitchen. we needed a cloth to wipe cups after washing them. these may sound stupid but these are basics one must find in an apartment

The location is really great. And the flat is well distributed. Safe access and door are excellent. Beds are ok.

Needs more kitchen equipment, medium to poor quality of bed linen and bath linen. Generally the flat needs some repair and renewal. Noisy on Fridays and Saturdays.

It was clean and spacious and had everything close to the apartment.

Mattress was not very comfortable.

Nothing much, less than average property.

Property (in a very depilated building) had smell of sewage coming from everywhere, entry to the building had weird smell as well. Fans were provided which weren’t clearly not enough.

No Breakfast.

Can't think of anything.

Apartment was large and well equipped with supermarket close by and small early closing bars

5 Floor apartment, lift was out of action and fixed that day, the following day lift was broken again with no idea of when it would be fixed.We were in our 70's and to use the stairs was almost impossible and dangerous to use. We had to move to different accomodation, refund was readily given.

Close to Mestalla stadium and metro.

Perfect for match at Mestalla and that’s all. Apartment looks different in real life… photos are heavily retouched. Apartment is pretty old, noises during the night are really creepy. I would recommend staying there!
