I thought the apartment itself was very clean and spacious.

The noise here was soooooo bad!! Their was so many men staying in the apartment below and above us. Way more then what should have been in there. There were parties going on all night. People bashing on our door. People ringing our buzzers. People ringing our doorbell. As well as it being annoying, it was actually very scary. We were travelling with 3 young kids. No one slept for 3 days!! Maybe we were just unlucky. But no way would I recommend this place. Walls are paper thin.

Good✅ - Host (Juan)was very accommodating in checking us in late, even when our vueling flight was delayed >4 hours. This was really appreciated as the flight delay was stressful. - Strong aircon in living room-can circulate around apartment - Great location- 20 mins walk to central Valencia and close go metro and bus stops - Comfy Beds and spacious bedrooms - Good Wifi

Bad❌ Really strange musky smell in building and lift Main bathroom tap is leaking during use. All it needs is a new aerator or nozzle crewed on the faucet, for a few euros. Very annoying as it can leak all over sink and bathroom floor. Main bathroom shower is not strong, and curtain does not cover all sides of shower tray well -water sprays on floor Not very soundproof, can hear upstairs and next door neighbours talking Needs general all over paint. Ugly dark marks on the wall- could be easily fixed with paint Building Front glass door bottom panel was cracked. Looks unsafe. In general apartment did not match the quality in pictures- there is much more wear and tear.

Single beds were broken, bathroom door handle broken, shutter and blinds broken. Really noisy neighbours until late into the night. Smelly drainage.

Very close to center city.

The owner was very kind, quick to respond and available to welcome us. Very spacious and convenient for a group of people. The second bathroom is a big advantage. Clean and comfortable.

It would be useful to have more sheets, towels and bathroom products available just in case. Not at walking distance from the city center but close to public transport.

It was close to everything we needed. And there were no noisy neighbours

The fact that sometimes, maybe because it was cold outside and the electric radiators were plugged all the time, we had problems with the electrical panel, but we managed to solve it by ourselves.

the location was great, close to the metro, direct acces to the airport. very clean, nice big apartment, the view was nice!

it was Pretty cold , the neighbours were loud.
