Location and a decent size

Sliding door didn't lock, safe didn't work, collecting and bringing the key to an office late at night isn't acceptable for check in...lock boxes would solve that problem or meet your guests at the apartment.

Amazing location! Everything you could need in a self catering apartment! Excellent and would highly recommend!
