Buenos Aires Beach & Downton by Beauty Rentals

Very clean and great location. Excellent communication with host. Had everything we needed. Next door cafe Delices Maiatza was terrific for brunch and the nearby taverna in the square equally so for a nightcap.

Probably 2nd double being in kitchen / living area restricted us but it wasn’t a huge problem. No mirror in main bedroom. But a small niggle.

the location and the staff were exceptionally great

New apartment with an excellent, large balcony. Everything was within walking distance from the apartment, which was in itself in a quiet area. There isn’t parking included, but you can find parking close by.

Everything is automatic/app-based - it was fine for us, but if you prefer the personal touch, then it’s something to keep in mind.

Lovely apartment with good facilities, comfortable bed and lounge. Check in is interesting - you need to download an app to get initial entry to the building and apartment, after that you have keys. Fortunately the host sent this information to me before we arrived so I made sure I had the app ready when I arrived at the apartment as there are so many instructions, but it worked. Location wise while ok I would have preferred a little closer and there was a slight hill to walk up - normally not an issue but I wasn’t well so it was a pain.

Very close to everything we needed to see and do . Loved the terrace for a morning coffee.

Having to download app to gain entry to apartment on the first day was difficult, but once we were in we did not need to use app again.

Very convenient, clean and comfortable

- not sure why we need all the notices everywhere and the rusty outside table wasn’t very nice
