Buenos Aires Beach & Downton by Beauty Rentals

Location, equipment, new building, small details ( nespresso, candy, towels,…)

The flat was great for a family of 3 with plenty of space and a nice deck overlooking a courtyard. Grocery 5 minutes walk and close to everything but not in the heart of the tourist area.

The apartment was in a safe neighborhood, very clean, and had a washing machine. The beds were comfortable, and many fans kept the rooms cool at night. The property administration communicated very well with us.

We understood that the apartment had air conditioning which was technically true but only in the small living room which initially was disappointing. The fans that were provided helped keep the rooms cool enough at night and the weather was cool so it was fine. I am not sure that would be the case if it had been warmer during the day - we got lucky with the weather.

Clean and roomy apartment for the 2 of us with everything we needed. Good facilities for doing a bit of self catering/cooking if so required. Bed very comfy, pillows too. Nice terrace if it's dry! Left a small item in the apartment when we left which the letting company very kindly organized for us to collect from one of the cleaning ladies in town. They also organized a taxi for us when we left which was also very helpful. Apartment is well located in a quiet area but just a short walk to seafront, Old Town, etc.

A map and some basic information on San Sebastian would be useful when you first arrive. We got this from the Tourist Information office in town.

Apartment was so clean and very well equipped. Full working kitchen with dishwasher tablet, dish soap and laundry tablets provided. It was a lovely home away from home. So comfortable and on days when it was raining, could easily stay in and stream the included netflix/prime or stream music on the great quality speaker. Really very impressed and would definitely stay here again. Cannot fault it!

The road noise from the main bedroom, it also needs blockout blinds from street and opposite apartment lights. I had to use an eye mask.

We had a wonderful experience at Buenos Aires Beach & Downton by DLA. We received a message from our host and met her at the apartment to hand over the keys. The apartment was modern, clean and quiet. It was a short walk to the old part of town. There was a great supermarket very close by. We were very happy with our stay - thank you!

It was warm weather and the fan in the bedroom was a bit noisy.
