Casa Blanca - Sea View - First Line

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed these apartments. The view of the ocean is absolutely beautiful, and the flowers on the balcony are simply stunning — such a lovely detail. The location is perfect, very close to the beach and with plenty of places nearby to grab a bite. The swimming pool was especially useful, as the ocean water in early June was quite cold for me and the waves were strong, so we ended up spending more time by the pool. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you might need: a hairdryer, iron, dishwasher, washing machine, and all necessary kitchen utensils. There were also plenty of towels and even beach blankets, which is very convenient since it’s hard to travel with so many. Shops are also located nearby, which made everything even easier. The only downsides were the poor sound insulation — at night you can hear cars and people outside, so I strongly recommend bringing earplugs — and the bed was too small for two people, which made it a bit uncomfortable.

Sijainti hyvällä paikalla, jossa kaupat ja julkinen liikenne lähellä. Kaunis merinäköala ja kukkaköynnöksin varustettu piha-alue ja parvekkeet. Ruokailu- ja ruuanlaittovälineitä riittävästi. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Ilmalämpöpumppu toimi moitteettomasti olohuoneen nurkassa.

Vieressä olevalla kadulla oli sen verran liikennettä(bussit jne.), että öiseen aikaan makuuhuoneen ikkunaa emme pitäneet auki, joten makuuhuoneen ilmanvaihto ei oikein toiminut. Makuuhuoneessa oli siten hieman ummehtunut ilma. Ikkunoiden äänieritys muutenkin heikko. Ilmanvaihto toimi periaatteella makuuhuoneen ikkuna ja terassin ovet auki. Pesimme kaikki liinavaatteet ja pyyhkeet, jotka olivat hieman kuluneita ja haisivat ummehtuneelta. Niitä oli kuitenkin riittävä määrä. Vuodesohva oli jo pehmeässä kunnossa, samoin koristetyyny oli likainen ja rikki. Pesuhuone kompakti ja WC-pönttö ahtaassa välissä. Suihkun yläpuolella oleva pieni sähköinen ilmanpoistotuuletin oli äänekäs ja etukansi vaati puhdistusta.

Diese Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen, es gibt ein Schlafzimmer, geräumig mit einem sehr großen Schrank, Badezimmer mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche und falls benötigt, eine Waschmaschine. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und ist offen zum Wohnbereich. Das beste ist der Balkon, mit Blick auf das Meer. Sehr gross und von Blumen umgeben, einfach nur schön!!

Es gibt nur einen kleinen Punkt, das Schlafzimmer liegt in Richtung Straße und hört etwas von den Autos, aber nur wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat....

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesen Apartments sehr genossen. Der Ausblick aus dem Fenster auf das Meer ist einfach atemberaubend – besonders schön mit den vielen Blumen, die eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre schaffen. Die Apartments sind sehr geräumig, sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage ist ebenfalls hervorragend: Supermärkte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin Tatjana, die uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Wir haben uns hier rundum wohlgefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlte uns nichts. Der Balkon ist super, mit traumhafter Aussicht auf das Meer. Die Lage finden wir sehr gut und ruhig. Lebhaftere Gegenden sind aber doch in der Nähe. Tatiana und Andrew waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und einfach tolle Gastgeber. Vielen Dank und wir kommen gerne wieder.

El apartamento está muy bien, tiene todo lo necesario, está bien cuidado y las vistas son maravillosas. Está en una zona muy tranquila, se puede dormir bien pero a la vez está cerca de zonas más animadas.

La zona de playa: aunque es primera línea, está en una elevación con lo cual hay que andar un rato para bajar a la playa. Y si hay mucho viento, no hay quien aguante en la arena. Estuvimos a primeros de diciembre y para disfrutar de la playa tuvimos que ir en coche a Puerto Rico o Puerto de Mogán.

Great apartment for a couple - a true heaven by the beach. The view is spectacular for a morning coffee and the flowers growing on the balcony offer you privacy - many tourists stopped to take photos of the complex. Tatiana and Andrey were very friendly and helpful and welcoming, they even arranged a friendly taxi for our transfers from the airport and back. The apartment is located on the walking boulevard, close to the square of Maspalomas - Playa del Ingles and at the same time is very quiet in the night time. Definitely a place where we will stay again when we come back to Gran Canaria and we'll recommend it to our friends as well.

We can't think of anything we didn't like, everything was perfect.
