Marfolin 11 Beach Front apartment with sea views from every room

Beach front property. Views. Quiet. Very close to everything you would need. Beautiful location and apt block. Private patio, views of sea. 2 mins and in the sea! El Cotillo lovely little place. Great for a peaceful getaway

Beds not as comfy as would like, seen better days. Would have been nice to have a list of local amenities etc. As only there for a week and only found there was another entrance that took us to other bars/cafes etc.

Some noise (music then furniture being moved) from upstairs a little later at night than was ideal

Great location, clean and well appointed.

Proximity to and fab views of gorgeous lagoons and white sands, very good-size swimming pool (bit cold for most but good for me!), quick communication with owner, good comfy beds, fresh sheets/towels, strong shower with ample hot water, excellent wifi (which mostly worked well, some issues across the entire north on windy days)

Quite a lot… for a short stay it’s more than fine but not that great for 2wks over xmas. Bit sparse and unloved (you know as soon as you walk in a place if it’s run with care or just as a poorly-maintained income generator), timely but rushed handover by caretaker (in Spanish), front door not shutting, only locking (door frame + lock needs replacing), toilet flush needs fixing, no cleaning products whatsoever (just a little loo paper and diluted washing-up liquid on arrival, not even a sponge or wiping cloth, or anything to clean bathroom with, or anything like liquid soap or a courtesy dishwasher tablet), no hoover so impossible to keep the place clean during our 2wks with just the broom and dust pan provided, bearing in mind we had a lot of kalima days with endless sand/dust/poor air quality, also bearing in mind that no cleaning was included during our 2wk stay (although sheets/towels were changed half way through). FYI, if you happen to be particular about coffee, only filter coffee and a plunger were available during our stay. I picked up a stovetop espresso moka —as well as a xmas tree/decorations from the chinese shop at the entrance of the village, wouldn’t normally but due to spend some more days in Morro Jable straight after Marfolín we wondered if our next place would be equally sparse —which thankfully it wasn’t, quite the contrary. 😅 One last thing, there is a lot of construction in the area, you dan hear them drilling away from 9am to 6pm most days. It didn’t bother us much though. The views more than make up for it!

A lovely apartment with all you could need. Very clean and spacious with plenty of space for clothes and comfortable beds. Excellent location with lovely views and sunsets. Extremely peaceful, calm and quiet despite being near a few bars, restaurants and the road. We loved it.
