Marfolin 11 Beach Front apartment with sea views from every room

The location is great for a relaxing beach and pool holiday. Both are right on the doorstep and the beach is clean and sandy. The property was very clean and in particular the pool area was kept spotless. Good to have beach towels provided and our own terrace with loungers, table and chairs. Nice lounge, good internet, good shower. The apartments are very close to some restaurants, bars and shops so you don’t need to go far for essentials but the main village is also just 15 minutes walk and is pretty with very good restaurants. Michelle was very helpful in arranging our airport transfer with a great driver.

There was some confusion over the key handover which left us hanging around when we were supposed to be in. I think this was a one-off as the host was away so wouldn’t even mention it except at the time it wasn’t a good start after a night travelling. The kitchen could do with more glasses, there were only two, non-matching wine glasses and we had to replace the broken corkscrew. As all the corks here are the plastic type a more industrial one would be good. Didn’t try to cook.

Amazing beachfront location with excellent restaurants close by

The apartment is fully equipped. Perfect. The view is unbelievable. Directly opposite to the ocean. Very family friendly. Everything you need. Michelle is an amazing person, she explained everything, answered always within minutes, full of happiness and joy. Perfect host! We were in El Cotillo for the seventh time, first time in Marfolin 11, and up from now always in Marfolin 11. Highly recommended! Muchas gracias.

The apartment had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We had all we needed in the kitchen, lounge was spacious and the bed very comfortable. The shower was great and the whole apartment very clean. Excellent location with just a few steps to the pool and beach and the best sunsets on the island. A good few bars and restaurants on ground level of the building and a supermarket just over the road. Thanks to our hosts for being helpful and available for any questions We had a fabulous break and will definitely return.

Great location with good access to pools and beach. Clean property and plenty of towels and beach towels. The owner was an absolute pleasure to rent through.

Marfolin as a complex requires some investment - tiles missing from the pool and signs of wear and tear to the exterior of the building. But would imagine this is a knock on effect from Covid and lack of tourism.
