You had to download an app to get access to the apartment, we didn't think it worked well

2 AIR CON units only in the lounge area and one of them was 'disabled' - therefore, bedrooms too hot as only had ceiling fans; one of the remotes for the ceiling fans didn't work. Bathroom window in en suite was stuck shut with black duck tape, with no bathroom fan and mirror light didn't work either. Patio door - note on window to say only use one side to open therefore previously broken and not repaired No corkscrew in kitchen despite previous review stating the same. No views from apartment except for terrace which overlooked a road and a church; bedroom windows looked out onto other apartment windows with washing out etc. As this was a private flat there were no facilities to leave luggage before 3pm or after 10am when check out is. Only options were to leave luggage in local storage facilities but we didn't feel it was safe to do that. Location was too far out from the centre where restaurants were, everywhere at least 25 mins walk. This flat was not to my expectations and in comparison we have paid £180 cheaper than this flat for 3 nights in Barcelona and got much better value and higher standards.

The apartment is located in a relaxed but lively part of Valencia with good small shops, cafes and restaurants, walking distance to the city center. Very good fast metro connection to the airport, the beach and many other sites. Spacious interior. Nice terrace with dining table and couches. Comfortable beds.

Spectacular decoration, but with a closer look at the overall condition of the apartment it is a little bit outdated. It is clean, but not super clean. Small hot water tank. Not enough hot water even for two people taking a shower. The kitchen corner is well equipped, but with some shortcomings, e.g. for a four person apartment there are only three tea spoons and for five nights only 7 coffee capsules.

Super comfortable beds, nice, clean space and perfect location if you want to stay in the city centre.

The apartment corresponds to the photos and is great.All necessary kitchen utensils, as well as a wonderful terrace with a nice view. Host is very responsive.

The key collection was very easy following the detailed video which was sent before checking-in. The property was within walking distance of the city center and very close to the Valencia metro station Àngel Guimerà, which also connects straight to the airport. A small supermarket was just downstairs and quality restaurants are within walking distance. The newly renovated property also has a terrace and the kitchen was well equipped. In the summer the air condition in the living room and the ceiling fans in the bedrooms are a boon. The host responded very quickly to any questions we had. We really enjoyed staying at the property and would certainly come back.
