Good location and great balcony.

All good.

Unfortunately, due to apartment wasn't fit for habitation (mold and fungus and flooded walls) it is hard to say anything good for this place, as we rejected staying there.

I am asthmatic, so from my perspective mold and fungus and flooded walls are not acceptable, so I left this place without staying even one night and I made new reservation in hotel. I thought, that owner will return my money, but I had nothing from him (even part of payment) and I received only fee, which was taken by Booking. In my opinion this is not fair as on Booking site is quite different offer, than I had meet in place. I felt like I was in a musty basement and strange is, that also Booking informed me, that can't do nothing more as owner is not responding. They informed me, that this offer still will be available on their site but they will pay attention to this. From this point I strongly recommend to make sure, that your reservation will be done after renovation otherwise you can meet what I will show on my pictures.

Location is pretty good, ten minutes walk from old center. There are private parking lots nearby.

There is something wrong with electricity turning off power sockets randomly.. The boiler run out of hot water very quickly, probably related to the electricity issues. Owner is aware and warns you.

Met on arrival and shown round the property, made us feel very welcome.

The room was clean and it did the job

It wasn't what we booked the room wasn't available because of a water problem I didn't get much of a refund due to lack of facilities etc... compared to what id booked originally

The quiet location close to the old town. Spacious en suite master bedroom. Air con in living room. The terrasse and its furniture.

Small double room. Coffee machine. Only ONE set of keys all bundled together, which didn't allow to be independent to one another as taking the key of door meant no electricity for the one inside. So no early jog or run to bakery while others were asleep.

Comfortable apartment with all necessary equipment. 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, living room and a kitchen. Pretty good working A/C ! Friendly staff. Nice location not far from the train station and city center.
