I would advise you to fix the shortcomings of closing doors and windows. Broken bed in a room with a TV.

Good space, clean, nice yard with a grill. Location was good, near the mall. Nicely renovated modern bathrooms.

We booked this appartment for 8 peopla. When we got to tha appartment it was only set up for 6 people and the bedsofa was damaged so that it was not safe for our children to sleep on. We tried to call the owner but got no answer.. Also the appartment has a lot of small defects that could quite easily be fixed. Broken wimdowa, only one set of keys, no locks on tpilet doors, wear and tear on the furniture..
