APARTAMENTO DE ENSUEÑO

NOTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am extremely disappointed and angry about our stay at this apartment in Valencia. This property is falsely advertised and poses real safety risks. I strongly advise everyone to avoid it. The most shocking issue was the upper bunk bed. A long, solid shelf is installed only 20 cm above the mattress, covering half the sleeping space. This is extremely dangerous. During the night, I hit my head hard against the shelf while sleeping and got injured. It was painful and completely ruined any chance of proper rest. This is not just uncomfortable; it is a serious safety hazard, especially if children or anyone rolls over in their sleep. Another major problem was the hot water. The apartment only has 30 litres of hot water. After one person showers, you have to wait a full hour for it to refill and heat up again. We were four people and often ended up with cold showers. It was never mentioned in the listing. It made basic daily hygiene stressful and frustrating. On top of these serious issues, the owner was completely unhelpful and refused to take any responsibility. When we contacted him about the problems (including the injury), he showed zero interest in helping us. He refused any compensation or partial refund, even though the property was clearly misrepresented and unsafe. The bunk bed injury and the ridiculous hot water situation were the worst parts of this nightmare stay. I have attached photos showing: The dangerous shelf on the bunk bed (you can clearly see how close it is) This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have ever had. The combination of physical injury, daily discomfort, and an owner who simply doesn’t care makes this place unacceptable. Booking.com, TripAdvisor, or any other website should seriously review whether this property should remain listed. Do not book here. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and potential injury.

Casa in perfetto ordine dotata di tutti gli elettrodomestici per il soggiorno! In centro città. Abbiamo lasciato le capsule del caffè per il prossimo ospite! 😆 Top

El Depto es súper cómodo, limpio, la cocina y el baño nuevos y la ubicación excelente

A localização é muito boa e com uma rede de transportes próxima que nos permite deslocar facilmente para qualquer lado. A casa é espaçosa. Foram deixados todos os artigos de utilidade para a estadia. A comunicação com o proprietário. Teve o cuidado de deixar uma lista de sugestões o que apreciamos bastante. É um pequeno cuidado que faz diferença.

A casa precisa de manutenção. Os sofás não são muito confortáveis. A limpeza poderia ser melhor. O secador não produz calor suficiente. Com pequenas ações de melhoria tem muito potencial. Outra coisa a ressalvar é a humidade da casa. Apesar de estar disponível um desumificador para uso do cliente a verdade é que sempre que entramos nota se o cheiro a humidade bem como no toque no que diz respeito aos texteis.

Prima locatie, nette communicatie met de host en het appartement zag er verder prima uit.

Het servies en bestek was niet helemaal volledig. Er stond vooraf niet vermeld dat er keukenlinnen en handdoeken aanwezig waren, dat is wat onhandig.

posizione comoda e staff molto gentile ed efficente. abbiamo avuto un problema con la finestra e hanno subito aggiustato.

non era pulitissima ma forse anche perché molto umida come casa
