The location, it is close to the center of the city.

The apartment is quite old, some of the doors need repairs and adjustment. The worst thing is the smell of the sewer all around the apartment, it comes from the drain in the shower. Already mentioned to the owner, it needs to be addressed immediately, it is very disturbing. If this problem is fixed, it should get a better review than what I am giving now.

Extremely well located and clean overall except the sofa bed.

The sofa bed in the living room was dirty and not comfortable. It should be replaced or not used as a 4th additional bed. The bathroom door could not close properly.

Great location. Santa Cruz neighborhood is great, with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops. Very close to the main attractions of Seville. The apartment was nice, good beds, kitchen very well equipped. The host was very attentive and resolved some issues we had on the first night.

The bathroom needs a renovation. It’s small and we had a problem with the toilet flush (it was not working properly) on the first night. I contacted the host who promptly responded and had it fixed the other day while we were out sightseeing. When we arrived back, everything was in perfect order, so in the end, it was a positive experience! The parking offered by the host is not close to the apartment and the streets in Sevilha are very narrow, so if you’re traveling with lots of bags and children, I would suggest parking at the parking lot around the corner from the apartment - it will be more expensive, but less hassle.

Beds not comfortable; shower smelled of mold and water not hot enough

A very cozy apartment, in the heart of the city! Clean and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable, even for 6 people like us! Highly recommended! Hosts very willing to help for every need of us!

Amazing apartment so cozy and well furnished it makes you feel like home. The location is amazing, close to the touristic areas within walking distance and close to public transportation. And surrounded with lots of yummy restaurants.
