Casa Julia atico vistas playa Las Teresitas

Die Lage ist perfekt. Man ist nur 3 Gehminuten von einem wunderschönen Strand entfernt. Ausserdem ist man sehr schnell in den Bergen, wo es viel zu entdecken gibt! Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut. Die Küche selber war sehr sauber, so wie auch das Bett, der Boden, die Frottiertücher und die Toilette. Beim Strand gibt es einen grossen kostenfreien Parkplatz, welcher während meines Aufenthaltes immer einen freien Platz bot. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war sehr gut und es wurde schnell geantwortet. Einige haben sich beschwert, dass das Zimmer nur ein Fenster zum Innenhof hat und dass man das Zimmer so kaum kühlen kann. Ich habe es so gelöst, dass ich doe Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer laufen liess, den Ventilator daneben stellte und diesen in Richtung offene Zimmertür richtete. So hatte ich immer kühle Luft.

Leider ist die Dusche etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Grundsätzlich war sie sauber, allerdings nicht die Armaturen. Die Küchenutensilien (Geschirr und Besteck) waren leider nicht alle sauber. Das Appartement ist sehr ringhörig. Mich persönlich störte es nicht, da ich sehr schnell wieder einschlafe, allerdings ist es gut zu wissen!

Lokalizacja - ok. 15-20 od lotniska autem. Praktycznie przy samej słynnej plaży Las Teresitas. Widok z okien na ocean i plaże. Obok duzo miejsca do zaparkowania auta, a przy odrobinie szczęścia mozna zaparkować pod samym domem. Dookoła sklepy i bary. Czego chcieć więcej? A więc lokalizacja super. Sam apartament wygodny, świetnie urządzony i wyposażony, na 3 piętrze, niestety nie było windy. Na powitanie super starter: kilka owoców oraz butelka świetnego wina. Sypialnia super, wielka szafa, duże bardzo wygodne łóżko, fajne oświetlenie, lampki przy łózku. Salon z aneksem kuchennym świetny. Wyjście na taras, a na nim stół z krzesłami, leżak i prysznic ;) Łazienka trochę mała, ale spełniąjąca swoją funkcje w zupełności. Internet świetny, szybki. Polecamy, świetny apartament.

Po wejściu do budynku, wąska klatka, brak windy, z dwiema dużymi walizkami naraz, był problem. Ale tak to spoko.

La ubicación espectacular, al igual que la terraza. Super cerca de la playa de las Teresitas, la mejor de la zona, apenas 5 minutos andando y en un barrio muy tranquilo. Situado cerca de la capital, a 15 minutos en coche.

El baño era algo antiguo y alguno de os utensilios de la cocina eran escasos

Eric accommodated us fabulously. We were able to check in a good 1.5 hours earlier and check out 2 hours later. The location and view are amazing, the apartment is modern, clean, comfortable and has everything you need.

If you’re physically impaired you will struggle as the apartment is on the 3rd / top floor and you will need to climb 3 storeys.

The apartament is really nice, especially the balcony. The location is perfect: close to the beautiful beach, supermarket, restaurants and delicious ice creams! We would definitely come back to this place next time we visit this part of Tenerife.

The only thing is that there is a window in the bedroom but we didnt use it because of the smell from some kitchen below and because of it, it was quite stuffy and sth hard to sleep

Loved the location and the sea view and the balcony and rooftop. It was a 5 minute walk away from the beautiful Playa de las Teresitas golden sand beach with the wonderful mountains in the background. It’s a few mins away from the bus stop to/from Intercambiador Santa Cruz bus terminal which is 25 mins away and is regular (number 10) for 1 euro. Santa Cruz bus terminal to South airport is approx 1 hour 9 euros. Solo female traveller felt very safe there. Loved ice cream/ waffle place below. Not that noisy and very quiet at night. I had 3 great nights sleep in comfortable bed and I’m a light sleeper and normally only sleep 6/7 hours but had 9/10 each night which was bliss! There is a window in bedroom and there was no noise at all. Looks like there are 2 flats on each of the 3 floors. Place is as described and clean. Thank you for the water and fruit. Eric was great and helpful and came over when I couldn’t understand how to use the electric cooker and gave me help with places to eat and buses too. I could see lots of essentials in the kitchen if cooking too and they even had a tea strainer for my Indian tea and that’s the first time I have ever seen one as travel with my own. Loved the digital locks and being key free! Highly recommend Lena’s restaurant. A lot of seafood restaurants. Beach is busy but well organised as people come from Santa Cruz for the day. Lovely and relaxed in mornings and evenings. Beach has showers and toilets and beach bars reasonably priced and open at 10am. Sunbed and umbrella 4 euros in total so very reasonable. A few supermarkets there so not a problem. Worth walking around the village and going upwards to see authentic village and the houses if you don’t mind all the stairs! It’s great they don’t speak much English there but all menus can be scanned via barcode in English.

It didn’t bother me but yes on third floor so may not be good for some people. Others have mentioned it so thought it might have been sorted by now but the shower drainage is not good and can be mending quite easily.
