"A place with the potential to be perfect, if only they would take the reviews into consideration"

The apartment has several advantages: it is in an excellent location, it has two showers and three toilets, it has a private parking and really excellent Wi-Fi. At the same time, it is not suitable for everyone and I recommend reading what I wrote about disadvantages to decide whether the apartment is suitable for you.

1. The hosts - From the reviews we read about the apartment , we understood that the host is a welcoming person, but we experienced the opposite. The communication was remote and there was a problem with availability. Although we received Patricia's phone number in case of need, she was impatient with us when talking to her. 2. The parking - it is convenient and good to have a private and safe parking, but it is difficult to maneuver in it, and it is problematic for a large vehicle. 3. House maintenance : the sofa in the living room, the closet drawers in the room, the swinging toilet in the master bathroom and the bad marker in the additional shower need to be repaired. 4. Safety - the stair railing is not safe. 5. The design of the apartment - although the apartment is properly equipped, it is not cozy.

Clean. Great location. Property owner very helpful and accommodating. Roof top Terrance was fun. 2 1/2 baths. nice kitchen. parking on property and an elevator. we enjoyed it a lot.

Didn’t realize there were 2 flights of stairs, so each bedroom was on a different floor. Probably not great option for small children or anyone who struggles with stairs.

Location was superb, apartment huge, nothing occurred that would have been disturbed our holiday.

Little bit troubles with indoor electronic key, the inner door didn't open the first "tap" every time.

Nice location. Everything in walking distance. Quiet street. Lovely house and excellent roof terrace

View was not great from terrace. But nice and peaceful little sun terrace
