Excelente ubicación y limpieza

Locatie / twee badkamers / goede bedden. Taxi standplaats op 200 meter.

Bank en stoelen in de kamer hard. Staan er voor de show. Geen gordijn o.i.d. in de master bedroom badkamer voor het raam. Tegenover is een dakterras met zwembad. Die mensen kijken zo naar binnen.

Diciamo che qualche piccolo aggiornamento andrebbe fatto (cambierei i tappeti nel salone ad esempio) ma sono dettagli...

Good location, spacious apartment and good AC which is needed in the summer months.

It was not communicated to us that the lift was broken, which meant we took another lift on the other side of the building which took us to the wrong apartment and caused quite a lot of confusion. We could not access the apartment from this side, and so we had carry up a lot of suitcases to the 3rd / 4th floor and we had members in our group with bad knees. We had booked the apartment knowing there was a functioning lift, so this was quite disappointing. When we queried this with the staff, we were advised that they did inform us, but it was a typo in the message/ it got lost in translation when using a translator. This was not true because the message mentioned a broken blind (which was true) but did not mention the broken lift. It’s best to be honest, rather than try and get away with it. We had also asked to keep our luggage in the apartment on the last day as our flight was not until the evening. The team generously permitted this and met us at the apartment at the agreed upon time. But, after a very hot and long day out in Seville, we asked if we could just use the lounge area to change into fresh clothes and pack away our souvenirs for the day. The guy who met us refused to let us change or pack our souvenirs away. They said that the next guests were coming in 5 minutes and so he could not allow it. We were forced to open our suitcases and freshen up in the staircase. We ended up waiting for another 45 minutes and the new guests had still not arrived. As a group of female travellers, it would have been nice to be met with generosity and understanding, rather than being subject with no choice but to use the stairwell. This was very disappointing.

Fabulous presentation, something different. Great location. Great space for two couples.

A wonderful location on the 3rd floor. The small deck was great for feeling the pulse of Seville which seems very family oriented. A beautiful cathedral across the street. Restaurants and shops all around. Comfortable layout and all necessary amenities. We would rent again if we visit Seville in the future.

Random infestation of Mosquitos was happening. Interesting how just one can disturb a nights sleep! Eventually, had to be more judicious about closing windows...and doors to the deck.

We had an absolutely brilliant stay at this apartment in Seville! The location couldn’t have been better, right near all the main attractions, and the apartment itself was spotless, super spacious, and had all the facilities we needed. It was just fantastic! The host was amazing—super polite and quick to respond to any questions we had. One small thing was the air conditioning—it would have been helpful to have clearer instructions on where it was located so we didn’t have to ask. But when I messaged the host, she replied straight away and pointed us in the right direction. But honestly, those are just tiny details! Overall, it was an incredible stay, and we had such a great time. The apartment really ticked all the boxes, and we’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place in Seville!
