There really wasn’t anything not to like about the apartment it was bright clean and tastefully decorated with a beautiful outlook

good communication about access on day of arrival. Really good, central location

No duvet cover on the duvet - just a sheet to protect felt a bit unhygienic

The location was great. It’s an eclectic apartment with everything you need. Close to all sites. Parking just meters away. Makes you feel like a local with cafes and restaurants all around. Very comfortable would definitely stay there again

The elevator sometimes takes a while to arrive.

I’m not happy with this stay, large mould and damp across the main living room wall. One of our friends had Asthma and had a reaction, his health suffered for duration of the stay. I contacted the property management but they didn’t help. They simply said that the mould on the wall was aesthetic. Our friend was unwell throughout the entire duration of our stay at this apartment. The lights in one of rooms did not work. The chairs were plastic and everything looked cheap office furniture painted over. Definitely not worth the money paid. I think above all the customer service was really bad. The TV didn’t work also. The apartment had garage light bulbs. Look like a hospital morgue at night. Very dark and gloomy.

- Very spacious and airy apartment - Fantastic location, within walking distance of most sights, bus station, railway station, cafes, bars, restaurants, shops - Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher (and tablets), coffee machine, microwave, stove, and oven. To be picky, we would have liked to have had a filter coffee / cafetière, but no big deal - Good washing machine / dryer (with washing liquid) - Great views. We spent hours watching the traffic, pedestrians, and church opposite (lit up at night, but main lights go off around 11:30pm - Comfortable beds - Great showers - very powerful, but need to watch hot water use if 4 guests are taking showers one after another - Good soundproofing - although on a busy street, no issue with external noise - With the shutter down, the main bedroom was pitch black - made for a good night's sleep

- Building work was ongoing while we were there. On 3 mornings, we had to leave the apartment earlier than planned due to hammer drilling next door. - There is some noise from the flat above, and next door - who seemed to have a washing machine on late in the evening. This didn't bother us much, but might annoy some people - There are a few mosquitoes around. Would recommend guests take a plug-in bug killer
