The apartment was beautiful, perfectly clean, cozy, and incredibly well-equipped. The location is amazing, right next to the beautiful Playa de San Juan. Iñaki is a wonderful host—extremely kind, attentive, and always helpful. He also allowed us a late check-out since he didn't have guests arriving after us, which was incredibly helpful because we were travelling with small children.

Everything was absolutely perfect, there is nothing we didn't like!

"Wspaniały pobyt"

Lokalizacja , bliskość do plaży , widok z balkonu, mieszkanie wspaniałe niczego w nim nie brakowało, basen na terenie obiektu , przystanki autobusowe, tramwajowe pod blokiem, wspaniały miły właściciel z którym był kontakt o każdej godzinie. Sklepy w odległości miłego dłuższego spaceru jeśli idzie się z dziećmi . Bardzo blisko różnych restauracji, kawiarni, lodziarni, barów. Polecane restauracje przez właściciela mieszkania rewelacja. Okolica czysta , bezpieczna . Na plaży mnóstwo boisk do siatkówki, piłki nożnej , siłownie , place zabaw dla dzieci rewelacja . Do centrum Alicante autobusem bardzo blisko.Polecam , w przyszłości skorzystam ponownie .

Un apartamento excelente🔥: vista hermosa desde la ventana, muy limpio, acogedor, con agua caliente, cocina, aire acondicionado, cafetera y una cama enorme. Todo limpio y agradable, se sentía como en casa, con un ambiente muy hogareño. Cerca de la playa, de restaurantes y tiendas. El propietario del apartamento fue muy amable.👌👌🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍

Host was fantastic, always there for us if we needed information or advice. Also let us check in and out late without a problem. Would highly recommend. We liked the apartment and the location was close to the beach,shops and restaurants.

Neighbours TV was a bit loud at bedtime till the early hours. Some road noise.

"As good as it gets in San Juan"

Host: absolutely a gentleman, always there to help, very attentive and friendly. Exactly waht you want. 10/10 Location: even though this was a 4th-floor apartment, the view was stunning. Conveniently located in a not-so-busy area, yet shops, bars and restaurants are nearby. Cleanliness: spotless.

Nothing in particular, the apartment is a bit on the smaller side but you can always use the balcony as an additional room. Fits two persons comfortably, so no big issue.
