Apartamento pequeño, pero limpio, agradable y con todo lo necesario (incluidos aceite y sal). Dueña muy amable. Hay supermercados cerca y se llega a la playa en menos de 5 minutos a pie (10min aprox al centro)

Le studio est propre, bien équipé avec une terrasse appréciable pour le petit déjeuner vue sur la mer. Facile de rejoindre le centre à pied et supermarché à quelques minutes.

"Lovely apartment in a great location"

Location to Playa Jardin was ideal. It was easy to walk to and form the beach and multiple restaurants. he water view was amazing! Overall, I highly recommend.

Parking was a challenge as spaces were often full though this may have been an anomaly.

Bellissimo monolocale vista mare con balcone. Ottima posizione vicino al centro. Letto e cuscini comodi e finalmente un asciugacapelli degno di nota! Tv moderna con possibilità di vedere film dal telefono

Апартаменти дуже чисті та доглянуті. Є повністю обладнана кухня з усім необхідним приладдям, а також пральна машина, що дуже зручно під час подорожі. Ліжка надзвичайно комфортні. Комунікація з власником швидка та приємна — власник дуже турботлива і уважна людина. На території є парковка. Окремо хочеться відзначити чудовий краєвид на океан. До гарного пляжу — близько 5 хвилин пішки. Поруч розташований великий супермаркет. До Лоро Парку — лише 5 хвилин їзди автомобілем. Однозначно рекомендуємо для комфортного відпочинку.

"Angenehmes Appartement"

Persönlicher Empfang mit Schlüsselübergabe. Habe mich in dem kleinen Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt. Obere Etage mit ein bißchen Meerblick. Parkplätze direkt am Haus.

Unzureichende Warmwasserversorgung (über Solaranlage), Wasser wird nur lauwarm, Duschen ungemütlich. Nicht die beste Lage. Man ist jedoch in ca. 15-20 Minuten in der Innenstadt von PdC (Charko). Sehr hellhörig.
