"It’s a nice quiet area ,not too far to walk down into old town for bars and restaurants."

Nice quiet apartment block well kept in residential end of town. Access to bus station and supermarket 7or8 minutes . All communal areas very clean nicely tiled floors . It was handy being near bus station to visit the towns in north Tenerife like La Oratova ,La Laguna and Santa Cruz

Bathroom is very tiny . There was a problem with the shower not draining . The owner came to fix it when I asked him

"The apartment could be cleaner"

The location is ok. Free parking space at the property.

Bed linen and towels are old and stained. The cleaning could have been done better. In the corners and under the bed (I saw this because I dropped something on the floor and it went under the bed) the cleaning is not enough.

Amazing view over the ocean, it has private parking and we didn’t have to worry about it. Nice host, eager and opened to help.

The sheets although clean may need an upgrade, they looked old and used.
