Can’t see the code on the security key box in the dark. it’s a two bedroom apartment so they should provide two keys.

Just home after a fabulous week in Puerto del Carmen. Booked the apartment old town with a friend and it was ideal. Located in the old town across from a taxi rank which was so handy. Lots of bars and cafes in the immediate area. Loved Las Amigas rooftop bar just around the corner and La Cascada restaurant next door to the apartment. Beach a 5 to 10 min walk depending which beach you wanted. Main promenade 5 min walk and a compact mall with lovely shops including Zara just a few hundred yards away. The apartment was spotless. Great air conditioning although we didn't need it. Spacious and bright and a small balcony looking onto the street. It was quiet at night and no noise issues at all. The bedrooms are to the back of the apartment too. Loads of wardrobe space and 2 great bedrooms with double beds. Ensuite was big with extras in both bathrooms including hand soap and toilet rolls. Sufficient towels for the week. Kitchen was well stocked for those who want to eat in..we availed of the many restaurants on the promenade and old town. TVs in bedrooms and main living area. Books available too which was a nice touch. We had an initial hiccup with the wifi which was sorted immediately by really lovely staff. I would definitely return. Also my friend and I had an evening flight home and we were given an extended checkout time. I was so grateful and it really made our last day. Thank you

No negatives for me. I knew on booking that the apartment was above a restaurant and there are stairs up to it. We had no issues but something to bear in mind if mobility is compromised.

Nothing really, beds a little soft for my liking but that is just a personal thing

The apartment was lovely and clean.

There was only two bath towels for 3 people And did not get a change 3 days not good There is leak in the main bath room coming from the roof light and the roof light is dirty on the in side .
