Location is great for exploring Madrid from. Nicely decorated and good kitchen/bathroom facilities

I would NOT recommend if you expect low noise or for family with kids (it was ok for us, 2 adults). The noise from very busy back street is overwhelming until about 7am when all the fast-food facilities are open! Air-conditioning was very poor, luckily it wasn't too hot and when i mentioned, I only got a "canned reply" in English that I should select "Cool" mode as if I'm an idiot not understanding and having tried that. Check-in is also very strict - we asked for an hour or so before, but the electronic system didn't work when we arrived at 13:30, neither at 14:59, it was literary active only at the published official time of 15:00, even though nobody came to clean the apartment in that period and it obviously WAS ready (we were sitting at a tapas bar table next to the entrance door whole that period). By 15:00, there were other 2 couples in the same situation waiting alongside since 14:00ish. A bit more of "personal touch" rather than robotic (albeit have to admit functional) procedure/correspondence could've improve the experience,

The location was great.

The only positive about this place is the location, which is great and very central. Unfortunately, everything else was a disappointment. Upon arrival, I had to be moved to a different apartment due to the boiler not working. I was told this was an “upgrade,” which was clearly not true. The replacement apartment did not match what I originally booked, especially the sleeping arrangement. I specifically paid for a double bed due to my size, and being given single beds and a sofa bed made it very difficult for me to sleep. Basic amenities were also missing, such as shower gel, and the coffee machine was dirty with an old capsule left inside, which is unacceptable. On top of that, the TV was not functioning during my stay. What is most frustrating is the complete lack of communication. My emails after raising these issues have been ignored. Overall, aside from the location, the experience was very poor. The customer service is unacceptable, and for the same price, you can easily find a much better apartment or hotel.

Location is the best. Not very big, but comfortable and well equipped studio.

Мне очень понравилась сама квартирка, очень уютная, есть все необходимое ! Локация идеальная! Персонал очень приветливый❤️ были небольшие затруднения с приложением по заселению, но друг помог справится)

Был только один маленький минус, который в целом был заметен только при входе - это запах, немного спертый… но минут через 5 я его уже не чувствовала
