The central location of the place

I'm not happy that I have to write this, but I've never experienced such a bad quality accommodation. I have really booked different accommodation places many times. And I can accurately assess the needs by contrasting them with what the description of the accommodation shows. it is natural that they try to advertise the best side of an apartment. But it is outrageous that they only take money out of these apartments by renting them out to tourists, but nothing, almost nothing is invested in them to make them a little better. The furniture is horribly uncomfortable and very worn. The jacuzzi is very old and the water in it was dirty at the time of our visit. The worst condition is the kitchen block. If you really don't want to cook and just go to the accommodation to sleep, then this place is perfect for you, of course, only if you like ants and the many cockroaches that come out of the cracks in the walls in the evenings. The entire kitchen block is totally useless, not suitable for cooking, don't even try! In fact, I couldn't even make a scrambled egg in just half an hour, because the electric hob is approx. it took half an hour to reach the right temperature. This accommodation is cheaper than an average larger accommodation here in the city, so I expected it to be on the same level. but it was nowhere near the level I imagined. by the way, I am writing from experience, at this price you can book a much better quality accommodation. If the conditions I have described do not bother you, then use this accommodation, but if any part of what I have described bothers you from afar, then avoid this property. Sorry, I don't usually write such bad reactions here, but my one-week vacation was actually ruined by this very uncomfortable bad accommodation.

Great location. Quiet.

A few light bulbs were out. Hot tub was not clean, dead bugs & sand/dirt in the bottom.

Nothing to like. This was like a sweat box. Cleaners only visited once in 2 weeks. This is below ground level with no air con and the bedroom window opens about 3 inches.

noisy . no air con had to open windows. sensor lights going on and off as people go upstairs to apartment all night

Great location , the bed was super comfortable, more than enough towels, the staff lovely and very responsive. I’ll definitely come back

Not enough privacy in the terrace as to access to the apartments upstairs people have to literally pass above you and they see you in the jacuzzi. The kitchen could have more utensils.
