Apartamento Ocean

The jacuzzi was a great touch....the apartment was very clean all facilities were great. The location was great . Near bars restaurants and shops and 5 minutes walk from the beach.

The only thing I would say is that you need to check what time check out is ...as on the booking com it said up until 12 but the cleaning lady was quite adamant that it was 11 but it is in clear typo that it's 12!

Spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent location just off the main strip and a few minutes walk to the beach. Excellent WiFi and smart TV. The jacuzzi was a welcome bonus.

The apartment would benefit from a washing machine.

Light fittings in the shower room were loose and only came on for a few seconds, then went off .so I had to shower shave, etc, in the dark as there was no window in the shower room. Notified the host about this, but they never responded . We had contact with them regarding jacuzzie and water problems, which she did respond and rectify . Never met any staff member in person. The sun does not hit the outdoor area much at this time of the year

the location was fine, very close to the beach and the bus stop Barcelo Corralejo Bay.

the apartment wasn't really clean, floor was sticky, towels smelled like they weren't properly washed, no hand soap in the bathroom, not a single window can be open so it gets hot quickly, not any air ventilation or AC either. also don't let a single piece of food outside the fridge, it gets full of little insects within minutes, no idea where they coming from. had to throw away even my cereals and pastry stuff.
