An amazing apartment, right on the edge of the centre. Very spacious and beautifully fitted out, with lots of personal touches that make it feel like a home - but not so much that it intrudes on space or facility. The top floor terrace is enormous. Car parking under the building with a lift to the front door. Communication with Roberto was quick and easy. We loved it.

The method of retrieving and returning the keys and carpark remote is a little awkward, because the car needs to stay outside in the street while someone goes up to the 3rd floor lock box. Roberto explained this when asked, so it was not a big deal.

The property was amazing, with everything needed for our stay, and more! The apartment is tastefully fitted out, enough to fell that you are not in a bland rental but not so much that it feels as if you are in someone else's home. Roberto the owner was brilliant at communication and helpful, always available if needed. Free private parking underneath the building is perfect. The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the centre of town, with plenty of supermarkets and facilities nearby as well. Huge private roof terrace as well. Just perfect!

Amazing charming apartment equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very close to the city centre, train station and bus station, but in a quiet and peaceful area. We absolutely loved the large, private terrace. Our host, Roberto was extremely helpful and kind. We would definitely recommend this gorgeous place.

Es un apartamento en muy buena zona, nada ruidoso, bonito y moderno, muy limpio, con muchos detalles. Tiene una terraza estupenda para cuando haga buen tiempo. Además con parking, que es ideal y entraba en el precio. Recomendable cien por cien. No se ven muchos apartamentos de las mismas características, aunque debería de ser así.

Por poner un pero, queríamos pasar el netflix que lo tenemos en el móvil a la televisión pero no hubo manera.

Location is super and own garage is great. In the apartment you have probably everything you would need for staying there and make you own food. One of the best bakeries is 2 min walk away.

The water pressure was low all the time and hot water was warm not hot.

Roberto, the owner, communicated always in a highly clear, understandable and appreciative way. He gave great tipps and was always reachable. Apartment is nicely and tastefully furnished, perfectly equipped and has a fantastic rooftop terrasse. Location is great, in 5-10 minutes you are almost everywhere in Cartagena.
