Absolutely 💯 devine. These apartments never ceases to deliver. Our 3rd time staying in this complex. Excellent location. Near shops beachfront and soo clean and safe. Will be returning again certainly.

During our 10 years of traveling and using the Booking.com platform, this was the very first unpleasant experience. After booking the apartment and paying in advance directly through Booking.com, we were soon contacted by the owners, who demanded that we pay an additional €300 cash deposit upon arrival. When we arrived, we were greeted by a very pleasant administrator/manager (one of the few pleasant aspects of this property) to whom we paid the €300 in cash. We were assured that at the end of our stay the deposit would be refunded to our bank account. That same evening, we noticed that one of the toilet flush buttons was not working. After informing the administrator, she came the next morning and replaced the button (luckily we noticed it immediately — otherwise, we would probably have been accused of breaking it ourselves). Upon arrival, we also noticed that there were absolutely no cleaning supplies in the apartment, not even soap in the bathrooms. The dustpan was broken, so we later bought a new one and left it there, along with soap and other supplies. The vacuum cleaner didn’t work, several kitchen utensils were damaged (we even bought and left a new ladle), and the toilet brush holder was broken (we couldn’t find a replacement in Mercadona, so unfortunately the owners didn’t get a “gift” from us :D). The Wi-Fi connection in the apartment was terrible. The parking spot was located on level -2, but for four days one of the two elevators was out of order, and the other one didn’t go down to -2. We had to climb the stairs with shopping bags and a small child to level -1 and then wait for the elevator. The apartment’s sound insulation was awful — we could hear every step of the neighbors.
