Хорошая квартира с прекрасным видом, есть все необходимое. Отличное расположение, прекрасный пляж и море. Рядом рестораны и магазины. Комфортное и четкое заселение. В целом все было отлично!

Для 4-х взрослых человек немного тесновато. Вторая спальня и санузел реально очень маленькие. На кухне комфортно готовить можно только одному человеку. Наслаждаться прекрасным видом на балконе временами мешал ветер, но это уже конечно не зависит от апартамента).

Très belle appartement et que dire de la vue...encore plus belle. Tout est compris, linge de maison, le nécessaire pour cuisiner, 2 salles de bains et 2 toilettes. Un espace extérieur côté cuisine pour étendre son linge. 2 ascenseurs avec une vitre sur l'extérieur permettant de profiter de la vue sur les collines et la piscine. Cette dernière est souvent à l'ombre mais ce nest pas dérangeant quand il fait très chaud. L'eau de la piscine est du coup un peu fraîche mais il y a la mer à quelques pas pour L'eau chaude. Au garage en sous sol, vous avez la possibilité de profiter du matériel de plage ( transat, parasol, petite planche...) entreposé dans un box. Nous avons ete accueilli par Youki, très agréable et conciliante ( nous avons pu nous garer au parking avant notre entrée dans l'appartement). Nous n'étions pas venu à Calpe depuis plus de 20 ans et la vieille ville est très très agréable pour s'y promener et se restaurer ( 20 mns à pied pour s'y rendre) même si vous avez tout à proximité du logement.

La cercanía a la playa. Las vistas desde la terraza

El checkout a las diez! Es muuuuy temprano, demasiado! Y eso que retrasamos nuestro chekin a la tarde a nuestra llegada, a petición de la empresa...

De locatie

Appartement is veel te klein voor 4 personen. In 1 van de badkamers kan je amper bewegen. Wasmachine ging niet altijd en de vaatwasser zit vol roest waardoor de de afwas telkens met de hand moesten doen. Bovenop krijg je maar 1 keukenhanddoek. Voor de dure prijs die we betaald hebben had ik iets meer verwacht maar de locatie is wel fantastisch.
