"The only good thing about our stay was the location."

Since we arrived, we experienced several issues with the property. The apartment is located on the second floor with no elevator, which was not clearly apparent when we booked. The internet was down for about half of our stay. Since the entrance door system depends on an internet connection, we were locked out and had to wait more than 30 minutes outside for someone to let us in. When I booked the apartment, I did not realize that it did not have air conditioning. The unit was extremely hot, and we had to request fans just to be able to sleep. If you don't mind the heat, internet outages, and problems accessing the building, then this property may work for you. Unfortunately, the only good thing about our stay was the location. Because of these issues, I would not recommend this property.

The apartment is spacious, with a lovely view of the Cathedral, and set in a very pleasant neighborhood. It’s a fantastic spot for food lovers, with four Michelin-starred restaurants nearby—one just next door. There are also beautiful parks in the area, including some excellent playgrounds for children.

The apartment was generally clean, although there was some dust on the light switches and skirting boards. It also shows some normal wear and tear. There are a few minor issues that, if addressed, would make the stay more comfortable. For example, the shower in one bathroom and the sink in the other tend to drain slowly. The frying pans are quite worn and no longer have a proper non-stick surface, which makes cooking difficult. There was only one dishwasher capsule provided; it would be more convenient if the number matched the length of the stay.

El material de cocina es algo escaso (faltaria cuchillo del pan, tijeras, servilletas, paños de cocina…)

La estancia muy cómoda, no le falta detalle, las fotos la describen perfectamente... La recomiendo sin duda...

El "problema" es que no tiene ascensor y no tiene aparcamiento , es en el parking..
