"Great spot, but mind the extra AC fee and noise"

Great location, but keep the lively atmosphere in mind. The apartment is right in the heart of everything, incredibly close to the port, restaurants, bars, and cafes. The closest parking is always busy, but it's not far from the apartment.

Being so central means it can get quite noisy at night, and closing the windows didn't completely block the sound. Keep in mind that while AC is available, it comes with an extra charge of 6€ per day, which you'll likely need if you keep the windows shut. The sofa bed is a nice addition, though the mattress is on the thinner side. Also, if you are particular about your pillows, you might want to bring your own as the provided ones weren't very comfortable.

Appartamento pulitissimo e con tutto il necessario, posizione comodissima, host molto gentile e accogliente. Essendo l’appartamento in zona centralissima si sente un po’ di rumore proveniente dai locali vicini ma niente di fastidioso (soprattutto se si tengono le finestre chiuse, in quanto isolano molto bene la stanza). Il bagno pur non avendo finestra non risulta minimamente umido ed è presente la ventola di aerazione. Nella struttura è disponibile anche un terrazzo per poter stendere i panni ad asciugare.

Essendo il palazzo in una via molto stretta le finestre danno direttamente sulla casa di fronte, fastidio risolvibile tenendo abbassate a metà le tapparelle.

"Alicante espectacular, el departamento regular"

La ubicación, cerca de los bares y restaurantes

El la descripción del departamento dice con parking, pero después te enteras que es un parking público pago a 600 metros. No me gustó que cobren 10 euros por noche para usar el aire acondicionado
