Amazing location, great host, super clean!

This is purely a personal preference: the mattresses were too soft for my family as we are used to sleeping on firm mattresses. Others may however prefer these. Also, I personally like having white bedsheets and not colorful ones, the white ones give the hotel vibe. However again, this is just personal preference!

Wonderful apartment and staff. Great location will definitely look to stay again.

Mooi en schoon

Er was een tweede slaapkamer maar dat was een klein hok. Er was geen airco waardoor het erg warm daar werd. Slecht van kunnen slapen. Bederft echt de vakantie in de zomer.

De locatie en het appartement zijn prima, je moet wel van drukte houden want je zit er middenin. Heel veel Engelse jongeren die lawaai maken na een feestnacht vol drank. Deuren gesloten houden dan heb je er geen last van.

De stranden dichtbij zijn niet heel geweldig. Je moet wel een stukje lopen voordat je bij strand met ligstoelen en parasols komt. Heel veel Engelsen die op een step of op een dubbele scootmobiel als Benidorm bastards langs je scheuren.

Property is clean, kitchen is well stocked, great location, pool maintained well. We love it here

Fantastic refurbished apartment in a great location. Lara was wonderful and communication was excellent

Beautiful apartment, the nicest one we have stayed in at Parque Santiago 1 (this was our 8th visit). Really modern kitchen, great en suite bathrooms in both bedrooms with walk in showers. Great size balcony where you can sunbath during the day or relax with a drink in the evening. I would also like to mention Lara from go2tenerife, she managed to arrange an early check in and later check out to suit our flight times, this was very much appreciated. We also had a slight issue with the WiFi in the apartment but she got this fixed asap and was super helpful & friendly. Thanks Lara !

We liked everything about the property and have booked again for next year.

First time in tenerife and we were very happy with the location, apartment and facilities and great choice if restaraunts and activities.

We had booked a private transfer from the airport and between the flight being delayed and very busy at passport control there was no driver or anyone at the assigned desk there to meet us. I had to call the no provided and eventually someone came to meet us. We had to wait a further 40min for a driver. We were about two hours late getting to our apartment.
