Very modern and clean

Air con would have made it more comfortable , however aware at booking that did not have any .

We liked everything. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Spacious, very well equipped kitchen, beautiful balconies with a view of the gardens, furniture and sun loungers. Towels (even beach towels) and complimentary little soaps, shampoos and shower wash. Hairdryer in the master suite bathroom. The apartment is newly renovated and is modern but warm and comfortable. The pool garden is soooo lovely. Clean and beautiful and all the staff super nice. The pool is even heated! The little restaurant has an array of delicious snacks and drinks. Everything was beautiful. We couldn't have been happier! 😃

Beautiful apartment, lovely and clean, perfect location. Was met on time by a very helpful gentleman with the keys.

Everything was super clean and comfortable all day sun on balcony. Everything for cooking was modern kitchen appliances. Lovely place ❤️

Maybe for sunbeds not charging 2.50€ could be enough 1€😊

The property was very clean and modern. In a central part of playa de las americas. The pool area and bar was great.

No air conditioning😞 had to sleep on the balcony 4 nights as the rooms were stifling even with fans on all day & doors & blinds closed.

The location was excellent with a short walking distance to the wonderful sandy beaches ( El Camison - 8-10 minutes, Las Vistas - 12-15 minutes), restaurants, cafes, supermarkets etc. Just the absolute pleasure to stay in this delightful apartment.

Not enough beakers and glasses ( we actually bought 2 beakers) No pressure on Hot Water tap in kitchen

Lovely accommodation

Sunbed costs were expensive I had to also pay for a fee for late arrival

Location and facilities were excellent. The apartment was really good.
