The calm building, the position and the pool.

The location right at the seacost. Only 7 minutes walk to the first beach. Right down the boulevard 1 minute walk the first restaurants. The sun at the balcony from 11:30 all day. The apartment looks exactly as shown on the pictures. It is a quiet area but just 1 minute and you have your pubs and restaurants down the street. The agency was perfect as they phoned me in the evening while I texted them. Also I was able to stay longer untill 16:00 in stead of leaving the apartment at 10:00 in the morning with no extra costs. Thanks a lot!!!

In 3,5 weeks I found unfortunatly about 10 small cockroaches. But they were only as big as an ant or a bee. Just use good cockroach spray every day and they will die easily. People in the building and opposite are quite noisy, but this is typical Spanish. They speak loud and you hear many dogs barking.

The apartment was dated and noisy at times
