"alicante city break"

property very clean and tidy location very good communication with host was very good

people need to be aware it's a penthouse apartment on top floor no lift if steps are a problem then don't book,the shower could do with a upgrade

"Really good apartment"

Very central in a lovely area close to the old part. Comfy bed. Hot water daily. All facilities we needed. Very clean. Amazing roof area. Kitchen equipment all worked well and in good condition. Big TV.

Air con wasn’t working but we let owner know for future. Also water came in when it rained so we let the owner know to fit something on the window so it would drain off. There is a bit of noise but it is central so we fully expected this. Don’t stay in a city centre if you don’t want noise. Sofa cushions replacing as a bit marked and saggy. None of this spoiled our holiday though. Still happy with apartment

Great location and an amazing terrace on the roof with a beautiful view. The owner is very friendly and helpful!

The building doesn't have an elevator. Could be problematic for couples with small children.
