"We had an absolutely brilliant stay; it was a really special part of our trip to Valencia!"

Brilliant location in the Old Town, 2 minutes walk from La Lonja and the Mercado Central. Juan, the host, was incredibly welcoming and knowledgeable - he spent time with us at our arrival to talk us through the key points of the city and give us some great recommendations for activities and eating. Communication with Juan was also excellent and he was really helpful with letting us store luggage on the day of our departure. Apartment was really comfy, well equipped for cooking and - if you needed to - washing. Couldn't recommend more highly.

These aren't negatives as such, as we knew both things in advance, but just things to be aware of - first of all, the apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. Definitely be ready for that at the end of a long day sightseeing! And secondly, because of where the apartment is, it isn't possible for the owner to install air conditioning so there were a number of fans, which did the job during our hot August stay.

I had a great time at Juan’s place at the Proletariat apartment! The flat is cosy, spacious, very clean and tidy! The location is amazing in the very city center on a quite street. It has a nice balcony I much enjoyed during my stay. The apparently is very well equipped, you have everything you need. And finally Juan is a amazing host, very open and friendly! A true valencianian he can tell everything you want to know about the city, from it’s history to local cuisine. I was happy to call this place my home during my stay in Valencia ❤️

Juan is a super great host, takes the time to share his insights and recommendations for the city.

I didnt pay much attention to it but the apartment is on the 3rd level (make sure to pack light or workout those arms 😂)

"Stay with Juan and fall in love with Valencia"

Accomodation was lovely and in a brilliant location. Juan, the owner, could not have been more helpful; he is a lovely man who is a great ambassador for the beautiful city of Valencia. We had an absolutely fabulous week as his guest. I could not recommend either Juan or Valencia highly enough.

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like. We had a marvellous time.
