"Great location in the center, no parking anywhere nearby"

Location is perfect. It was clean.

The hostes told us she won't wait for us for check-in because we were late, and the reason we were late was that it's impossible to find a parking spot anywhere around (even garages were full). We usually managed to find parking some 2 km away.

"Un super pied-à-terre à Las Palmas"

L'appartement est très bien agencé et situé, à quelques pas de la gare routière, des restaurants, des bars et de la plage.

Il faudrait un peu plus de décoration sur les murs et quelques "essentiels" en plus à disposition (lessive, huile, sel, poivre)

Apartamento, cómodo y nuevo. Lo que más me ha gustado es su ubicación ( a pocos metros de las Canteras) y el tratado de la anfitriona. Permitió hacer el check-in antes de la hora y el ultimo día nos hizo el favor de guardar las maletas en el apartamento.

Las vistas. La ventana principal del salón-comedor da a un callejón y la habitación es interior, no tiene ventana.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the beach and the Paseo de Las Canteras, which runs along the famous urban beach. It’s also very convenient to reach the bus station with direct connections to the airport. The apartment itself was spotless, comfortable, and had a very well-equipped kitchen. We especially enjoyed being able to cook fresh fish and octopus that we bought from the local fishermen. Everything made us feel at home, and we would definitely stay here again!

"Perfect"

We loved it, great location and modern apartment with 2 air conditioners. Stayed for 2 weeks and would come back.
