Very nice, modern, well equipped and clean apartment. Great location, close to beach and many restaurants. No key box so had to wait 50min for the host to show up and open the apt

1. Location: middle of Las Palmas, (2 min to the beach, 7 min to one of the main bus stations and to a big grocery store) 2. Cleanliness (Bathroom and everything else) 3. Well equipped apartment 4. Owner is easy to reach 5. Entire apartment to yourselves

1. Not well sound-proofed (could hear the neighbour's TV from some parts of the apartment) 2. Kitchen could use a microwave (although I knew in advance there isn't one but there is an oven)
