Mareverde Blue Studio Tenerife

The location of the apartment complex is good. The bed was very comfortable, it is a well equipped apartment with kettle, toaster, hairdryer, coffee making machine, washing machine etc. In comparison to other apartments on the complex that I have stayed in this one was not as good but we paid a similar price. The cafe on site is really good value for money, with friendly staff and great breakfasts.

There are around 30 steps up to this apartment as it is the furthest away on the complex. The balcony has no sun at all. There are quite a lot of dogs nearby (not a problem as I love dogs and own a dog) however they do bark quite a lot. The shower isn't very powerful and could do with a new shower head, but there is lots of hot water. I think that phase 3 of these apartments needs some TLC and tidying up, pavements are cracked and painted walls look generally untidy. The sunbeds on the complex are very old, uncomfortable and threadbare and in need of urgent replacement.

Location for us was very good maybe if you are not very fit it would be a drag up the hill

Really happy with location. Only a short walk to restaurants, bars and the beach. A little hilly but could have been much worse with a lot more apartments set higher. Really enjoyed my stay and would use these apartments again

I can't say anything that I didn't like. The apartment had everything I needed. If anything, the complex bar is closed on a Sunday, and they lock the only 2 toilets that are by the pool. That is my only negative thing, but it's not the end of the world and air con would have been better than a ceiling fan but it was still enough to keep cool through the evening sleeping.
