Complex Location excellent. However the apartment itself was at the back of the complex..overlooking waste ground..no sunshine on balcony. Lots of steps..there was skips right outside and early every morning a huge dumper truck would pull up , making the most noise to either fill or remove the skips..

The shower water trickled out. Dumper trucks outside. Terrible view. Electric wire for the washing machine had to stretch over the sink to be plugged in..huge health and safety issue.. Electric socket hanging off the wall with exposed wires which I showed to a maintenance person but wasn't fixed. The bed sheets didn't smell clean so I had to wash them before I slept on them

the place was more of a poor run-down housing block than a holiday apartment. there was no communication on collecting the keys and it took me 1 1/2 hours to get in.

Handover arrangements not ideal. Area around the apartment a bit rundown. Appartment external doors and gates could do with a serios refurb.. Tiny well used towels. Welcome pack a bottle of water..

Complex is within a gaited community and very secure. All residents are friendly, approachable and look out for each other. There are multiple private swimming pools within the complex that are accessible to all residents. There are 2 very reasonably priced pool bars that sells breakfasts, lunches, snacks, drinks and alcohol. There are 2 small supermarkets opposite the complex, and a large supermarket within 10 minutes walk of the apartment. The apartment/ complex is 10 mins walk from the upper beach promenade making the complex perfectly situated with Costa Adeje.

The apartment was a bit dated, and basic. More like a room and kitchen. The bed wasn't all that comfy. Please note that this is an upstairs flat. The apartment is at the back end of phase 111 in the Mare Verde complex.
