"Has potential to become better"

Our stay at Encarnatión Suite Apartment was okay but didn’t quite live up to expectations. The apartment had enough space for three people, was newly renovated, and furnished with modern pieces, which was nice. The location was convenient, in a quiet, safe area that was easy to get around.

Unfortunately, the cleanliness left something to be desired. There were marks on the couch, crumbs left in the kitchen cabinet, and no space in the bathroom to hang towels or clothes, which was frustrating. Overall, while it had potential, it just didn't feel as polished as we hoped.

"A great location and, in spite of its being so near Las Setas, the apartment was quiet."

The location was superb.

The starkness of the apartment. I would have appreciated having some artistic decoration to look at on the walls.

"Superb"

Very comfortable and well equipped apartament. The building has a great location, very close to the main attractions of Seville, and at the same time the location of the room on the side of the courtyard makes it very quiet and you feel isolated from the street noise. Very comfortable bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff.
